They were nice and got the job done fast. Good place for an oil and filter change for sure!
I am glad you got my car fixed but don't enjoy being taken advantage of. I hate writing terrible reviews and perhaps I should give you a 2 star rating but don't have it in me to do so.
I stop by this shop and someone always helps me look over something I may be concerned about, and it ends up being nothing. I am going to be honest, they're pretty forward people. They want to get your car in and out as quickly as possible to you, but Boy was I shocked when I found out my starter would cost $316 to replace. Recently my friend has been out of town who lets me use his garage to fix my own car issues, but he is gone so I had a shop that I have began to trust fix my car in emergencies. I called Number One Auto who they get their parts from a Starter would cost $137 if I purchased it, but Speedi Lube charged me $230 for the part. What a shame, I was starting to become fond of these guys, but unfortunately "business is business" as they say
These guys know how to work on cars it's just they don't know how to communicate with their customers. Customer service is huge and communication that you're going to change a part on my vehicle is key. Do not change something on someones car and expect them to pay it, when you didn't let them know something was going wrong with it.
Just when you walk into this auto shop beware.
Everyone at DT Speedi lube are amazing, honest and hard working! I have been going here for years with quite a few different makes of cars.. They have fixed them all, perfectly... Honesty is key and they have it in spades.
