This store has all new staff and the place has definitely gone down hill. Completely rude and unhelpful. I started coming to this store about 4 years ago because it was closer than williston. I've seen some of the staff come and go but I've always had an exceptional experience. The store is full of brand new people and have no idea what they are doing. When I asked if there was somebody who could help me that knew what they were doing
the guy I was dealing with got all defensive and stated " sir I do know what I am doing, I previously worked for verizon" what a tool bag!!! Don't waste your time on this place
I went in to pay off my old phone and upgrade it. Sean made it really worth my time doing so, really helpful, really nice, and will go out of his way to help in anyway possible
