Good costumer service. Convenient for local shopping. We were able to avoid a trip to Burlington and got what we need.
Cody and Callie were super helpful and patient with me! I had to buy quite a few appliances that required very specific dimensions and they talked through the different options to help me find the best fits.
All around poor experience. We purchased a refrigerator on staturday afternoon and paid 90 dollars for a delivery for the following Tuesday. I paid for my neighbor to come over and receive the refrigerator while my husband and I were at work. The refrigerator never showed up. Call sears and they promised 10% off the order and for it to be delivered on Thursday. Didn't show up. Thinking about canceling the order. This is why sears is going out of business.
Clean place. I have bought microwave and stove there & like the items a lot.
