Jan Bark.....if you are a woman and you don't look like her or worse you are going to have a problem. so sad in this day and age to see woman acting this way towards each other and I thought vermont was at least out of the 70's....Jan this is how it's done when you close with someone and you receive thousands of dollars in commission money you thank that person...maybe a call a card or small gesture from your brokers office.
