Good customer service, especially when their online system went awry with a purchase. They gave us $25 extra on a gift card for our troubles. Warm atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. And I felt great when I left!
I got a massage and pedicure package. The massage was fantastic, but my $68 "pedicure and leg exfoliation" was a let down. It was little more than a polish change and barely lasted 30 minutes.
