Had an awful haircut here. Not at all what I wanted or described. Completely ignored the picture I chose. Didn't bother to part my hair correctly and left my bangs uneven and layered the front completely different than the back. Not very friendly either and even rolled her eyes at me. This is my second time here and I've had a horrible experience both times. I even tried to call ahead and ask for someone more experienced this time. Now I'm certain I'm never going here again and would never recommend it to anyone either!
Possibly the worst place to get your haircut. I've been many times and somehow every singly time I go I somehow have a worse experience. Will not be going here again.
Well maybe she did want it that short. At best this was uncalled for and at worst it was sexist.
The "woman" who just cut my sons hair was rude, and going so quickly to the point that my son said it was hurting his head and she just shrugged and kept going. Not a good experience for my 10 year old. New people every time I go in there.
The level of professionalism is inconsistent and largely depends on who is there. There is a quick turnover and the quality of your haircut is a crapshoot. I personally stopped going years ago and switched to Village Spa in Brandon. Their people are much better and the prices are comparable to here.
Some days at SuperCuts everyone is professional and then there are days like today when two hairstylists bickered at each other over a completely legitimate question. Specifically after being told she'd like a clipper cut, the stylist asked my mother, "do you want it short enough to show skin?" The other stylist butt in. "Don't ask her that. No woman wants skin showing." "But she wanted a clipper cut." *Rolls eyes*
Had a great conversation and haircut was as desired. Simple to just walk in.
